Participation fee
Participating in most parts of the event is free of charge.
However, there are two optional events which require a
participation fee: the charity concert on Friday and dinner in the
HC-party on Saturday.
The price of the charity concert is 10€ or 12€
depending on where you buy the ticket. To get the tickets for
10€, either reserve your ticket in advance from Petri

Note that the concert is open for everybody — bring all your
friends too!
The dinner at the HC-party on Saturday costs 10€. It
includes both food and at least one drink. You can also come to the
party for free just to enjoy the live music, to hang around with other
HC members and to spend a nice evening by the lakeside. You can bring
your own food and drinks.
What you will get with the participation fee:
- you will help kids in the charity projects (see the charity concert page for details)
- a ticket to the main event (live bands, stand-up comedians,
includes the entrance fee to club for the same night of course,
possibly a free welcoming drink, etc. Note: cloakroom is 1,50/2€)
- a dinner in the HC-party
What you will get for free:
- a picnic together with other HC members (you'll need to bring your
own food and drinks and possibly pay for public transportation if you
don't have e.g. a tourist ticket already)
- dance lessons and show
- quite warm water ;-)
- guided tours around the Helsinki region by other HC members (not including possible public transportation tickets)
- possibility to see Helsinki in the summer (hopefully the weather
man agrees), the World Village Festival and our main event just all at the
same time
- accommodation with friendly hosts
- and possibility to be part of this unique HC event!
Hosts and organizers will pay the same fee. All money which
will be left over after the event will be donated to the charity
projects.
